Terrace enclosed by new sliding glass doors (installed late 2018) that open up two-thirds of the way, or about 4 meters. Everything in Sainte-Maxime is within walking distance, and Saint-Tropez is just a short boat ride away! <br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, mini-oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and basic kitchen supplies (to be replenished as needed during your stay), double sink, and all kitchen utensils. <br>Dining area with a table and 4 chairs.<br>Bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower with a grab bar, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a washing machine. In the closet, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner and supplies for maintaining the apartment. The cabinet above the toilet contains household cleaning supplies.<br>Television in the living room, which also features a 140cm sofa bed, two side tables with bedside lamps, and two reclining armchairs.<br>The bedroom features a 160cm bed, a walk-in closet, two nightstands with individual lamps, heating, a roller shutter, and blackout curtains. .<br>On the terrace, there is a coffee table and armchairs.<br><br>Linens provided (bed linens, mattress and pillow protectors, bath towels, kitchen towels).<br><br>Baby equipment available upon request, including a travel crib, high chair, and baby bathtub.<br><br>The apartment also includes a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, and an iron (in the closet at the back of the bathroom), as well as a clothes drying rack (behind the cabinet under the air conditioner). You’ll also have access to all the cleaning supplies and products you need.<br>Air conditioning and internet connection.<br>Secure private garage within the residence.<br><br>Please also note: <br>Please also note: <br>A rental agreement will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed; you will be asked to return it signed, along with proof of vacation insurance and a copy of an ID document bearing the same name as the insurance policyholder.<br>Check-in times in July and August are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; times are more flexible the rest of the year, but check-in is not permitted after 8:00 PM. <br>I will welcome you in person on the day of your arrival. An inventory check will be conducted when the keys are handed over. Any issues or malfunctions must be reported within 24 hours of your arrival or on the same day if they occur during your stay, so that I can repair them as soon as possible. <br>Upon your departure, you are responsible for cleaning the apartment (cleaning supplies and rags will be provided). When you leave, the apartment must be returned with the dishes washed and put away, and the trash taken to the bins. However, I will personally take care of laundering the linens. Check-out is between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. in July and August, and between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. the rest of the year.<br>Parties are not permitted.<br>Certain pets are allowed upon request.<br>Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the terrace for everyone’s comfort.<br>Please do not hang clothes or linens to dry on the terrace railing.
