This home is Located in the safe family-oriented historic district of Old Towne Huntsville, just steps away from cafés and local cuisine. It is also close to Monte Sano state park hiking and biking trails, walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the medical district. Enjoy the area of century old homes that are friendly towards joggers, pets and cyclists alike.
The whole House is yours! An intimate space, this 1 bedroom bungalow ( 1 Queen bed) features , 1 bathroom, a bonus utility room off the back. We welcome people and pets ! We know the best therapists have four legs so please know your fur baby is welcome to tag along. No Pet Fee.
Kitchen: The chef kitchen features solid updated shaker cabinets & granite/butcher block tops, full-size appliances, a coffee station, natural light and stocked pan/dishes and utensils! Don’t bother with the laundry mat, a full-size walk-in utility room is right off the bathroom for your convenience.
Bathroom: The bathroom is all you’ll need coming equipped with dryer and makeup mirror. The bathroom has both public accesses featuring a full-size tub and storage space. Updated with modern ceramic tile and a floating vanity for space saving.
Living Room: The living room seats about 3-5 people and has a large 4k Smart TV with some streaming devices available to you (ESPN, Philo and local channels) . Please feel free to add any of your personal apps to the home screen and enjoy! You will find spacious open concept living with hardwoods throughout and new vinyl windows for summer breeze.
One (1) person can layout the sofa for sleeping. The bedroom will only sleep two (2) people and we have a modest Japanese floor mattress that can be dressed with blankets and sheets to sleep two (2) more people.
Bedroom: The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed with large closet and a TV in the mounted on the wall. If the bed is not enough then the couch will unfold for extra sleeping quarters, if needed. Expect a few extra pillows and throws for any visitors or cold nights! We have room darkening shades and bedside fan for your comfort.
Porch and Patio: Wind down with your late afternoon with drinks or dinners on the huge private patio off the back of the home, please note the fence is original to the space and might not be fully enclosed (small pets might make their way out). The yard is a small low maintenance greenery that will be up kept by our staff.
This home offers a private front yard (small vehicles only in the yard) and FREE off-street parking, with only two houses on this block it is very convenient.
*Please note as of JANUARY 2023 there has been a lot of road construction in the area causing parking congestion on the street, but house front parking is still available through the construction is unsightly...
