BALCONIES ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED-The Maravilla HOA has scheduled maintenance repair work being done to many of the balconies at this time. For your Safety this Balcony is closed and cannot be used at any time during your stay.
POOL CLOSURE-Although the hot tub, Beach Entry Pool & East Pool will remain open, the Maravilla Resort Pool will be closed due to the construction maintenance of building C effective November 1, 2021 for an undetermined length of time.
PARKING FEE INCREASE-The Maravilla HOA has increased its daily parking fee day/vehicle (2 vehicles max). Required to be paid on site at Maravilla to the HOA.
Lose the shoes at beautiful Maravilla Condos. Located On Galveston's Historic Seawall Blvd, near Babe's Beach, Maravilla 111 is the perfect place to begin your love affair with Galveston Island. This first-floor, trendy condo is designed for life on the beach. The queen bedroom has tiled floors, a 24" TV, offering direct TV service and access to a semi-private bath (hall access) with a tub/shower. Built into the hall alcove is a set of twin bunks.
The full-size kitchen has tile floors, beautiful granite countertops, a breakfast bar, microwave, full range\oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico, comfortable furniture with a new sleeper sofa, leather chair and ottoman, large TV and DVD player, HBO, and DirecTV.
Just below on the ground level, you will find grills, and picnic tables, two pools, hot tub area and an observation deck for viewing the Gulf of Mexico. Elevator service is available to all levels; just grab a luggage cart from the ground-floor. Maravilla Condos offers coin-operated laundry facility vending machines, Fitness center, library, kids games such as connect four, ping pong, volley ball and more. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, three outdoor pools, a hot tub, BBQ and picnic areas, fitness center and more.
Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Minimum age for check in is 21, strictly enforced, two nights minimum stay is required by property by-laws and some special event or holidays require three nights minimum stay.

Parking Notes: Maravilla Condos charges for parking. You must purchase a parking permit form their office to park onsite. Please park in the condo parking lot. Parking in this lot is first-come, first-serve. Ensure provided parking permit is clearly visible in your dash. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at owners expense.

The home is ideally located at the western end of Renowned Seawall Boulevard on Galveston's west Beach. Here you are on the Gulf side, but just a few blocks away is Galveston Bay, where you can take an Eco-friendly Kayak tour or bird watching at the Galveston Island State park. Galveston is best known as a fishermen's paradise, where visitors can go surf fishing, deep-sea fishing, clamming in the mud flats, and crabbing off the docks.
