Summary: The actual hotel staff are great. I do business at the airport do this is always the most convenient place to stay. You don’t have to deal with the terrible traffic to and from downtown or Waikiki. I wish in the lobby bar the music was a bit quieter. Don’t understand why as a place to have a meeting or conversation you have to have the music so loud. Only a few people in the lounge trying to talk. Noise is one of the biggest issues for hotels near the airport, downtown or Waikiki. For this hotel it’s the noise on the overhead highway running past the hotel. Best to have a low room not close to the highway. Heavy curtains would help. I’ve been coming to this hotel for 45 years. Not too much has changed. Still my home away from home on business at the airport.
