The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad, which will take you to the living room. The living room: has a couch, futon, a SmartTV, and a desk. Going to the left off the main entrance will will lead down the hallway. To the right is the first bathroom, which is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. To the far right down the hall is the first bedroom which has a queen bed. To the far left down the hallway is the second bedroom, with a king bed, SmartTV, and a half bath!
There is a dining room table that seats six people, straight ahead of the dining table is the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove/oven, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, cups, bowls, and plates.
To the left of the kitchen is the third bedroom with two full size beds.
To the right in the kitchen is the rear entrance which leads to the carport outside. There will be a door that leads to the washer and dryer. The second left in the carport will lead to the gate to the fenced in backyard.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon arrival.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a residential area closet to a variety of different restaurants and stores. It is also close to a small park for hiking and disc golf.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving as this is a residential area, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
