Luxury vinyl flooring throughout the main living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. Front guest room has a trundle bed ( 2 twin beds in trundle) and desk area for office. Second guest room has queen size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has a walk in shower and dual vanities. Large walk in master closet.
The large screened lanai has plenty of room for enjoying the wall mounted flat screen tv.
Two car garage and golf cart garage. Two seat Gas golf cart included for your enjoyment.
