Summary: First, the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, the WiFi worked well, and the room was mostly clean. This review is really directed toward the property management and owners. The hotel itself is extremely dated and has a noticeable musty smell throughout. Our door barely shut and wouldn’t lock properly. The bathroom had peeling paint, a shower door rusted along the bottom, and even a roach. The air conditioning worked only intermittently, and the TV offered very basic channels. We were placed in a room at the very end of the hallway next to the stairwell, and someone was constantly opening and slamming the door, which made it hard to relax. The bathroom was also extremely small, and the room was stocked with only decaf coffee.
