Positive: Views were good.

Negative: On arrival we queues for an hour to pick up the key. The air con was on full (freezing cold and very noisy), communication was not good. We were promised the service issue would be resolved. It wasn’t so we had to check out. Trying to get a refund has proved very difficult. Don’t use these just book directly with the hotel. When we booked we booked with all taxes and charges included. This wasn’t the case on check in. There was also a check in fee so beware. I made contact with booking.com. - I have screen shots and receipts of everything.
