There's also full walkout basement that includes an awesome game area with four arcade machines, air hockey and a foosball table for even more relaxation space and fun for every age. This home also features several all season sitting areas where you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hartwell in any weather. The backyard area is fabulous, a grill, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards and your very own private covered slip dock (9 feet of depth at full pool).Dock includes a swing and seating, along with an access ladder to the water. Explore the cove just around the corner in a kayak or sit back and watch the breathtaking sunsets over Lake Hartwell. This home is conveniently located in Anderson - 15 minutes to Clemson and by water it is in the heart of the lake with easy access to several restaurants that you can access by water!!!
