Looking to vacation in beautiful Key Largo?! Look no further! Our 800sq ft Beach theamed trailer home with a warp around deck. With a shared dock and tiny beach area access, is the perfect place to kick back in the keys after enjoying a fun-filled sun-soaked day!

The property is older so there are no frills and thrills, as most properties in the Keys are old. That is just how the keys look.
The sunsets are breathtaking.
Great fishing off the dock.
Mantatees, Porpoises and all different sea mammals and species visit often!

Bedroom #1 is a Queen sized bed, Bedroom #2 is a small room with a single bed (great for kids)
There's a pull out couch in the living area that pulls to a full sized bed.
Full sized kitchen filled with dishes, cups, utensils, pots, and pans for cooking.
There is no dishwasher.
Propane grill outside and sitting area with wrap around deck.
Coin opperated Laundry facility on the premises.

*Be advised for some reason the internet can be very spotty at times. The listing is posted without WiFi as an amenity but there is some sort of internet on the property. Its highly recommended to have unlimited mobile data incase these problems do occur.
SHARED DOCK/ WATER ACCESS
There is a shared dock/water access around the backside of the proptery for outdoor relaxation at your convenience. You cannot see the sunset views from the home.
The water view is not visible from the home, you must walk around the backside of the proptery to reach the water/dock access through a gate.
The dock and deck is older, please always use caution and wear shoes on the dock and deck area.

please understand Key West is 100 miles south from Key Largo, an aprox. 2.5 hour drive.

You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause. Please keep you pets crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Please always keep you pets leashed when outdoors. Please pick up after your pets.

There is a place 2 miles from our house on the same side of the water called, "The Carribean Club" that will let you launch your boat for a small fee of $10 - $15
