This 1080 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 —The master suite features a King bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, a dressing table/desk with large mirror and chair, TV, ceiling fan. The master bathroom features a sliding door to maximize space, a walk-in shower, floor to ceiling tile, lots of light, hair dryer. The guest suite features a Queen bed, plus a Daybed w/Trundle, large dresser with mirror, cube storage, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan – plus en suite access to the guest bathroom which features a tub with floor to ceiling tile surround. Twin Bunks are located in the hall! A new washer and dryer unit is conveniently located next to the bunks. In the Living/Dining area, you’ll find a smart TV, ceiling fan, console cabinet filled with games, books and puzzles. Two sets of French doors lead to the balcony. The kitchen is very well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, plenty of dishes, utensils, small appliances, and a spacious pantry.
Amenities include a heated Pool (seasonally), Hot Tub and two Community-Grilling areas with picnic tables surrounded by well-kept grounds and private parking directly behind the building. Complimentary internet is provided as well. The property has 3 sets of wide stairs spaced out for easy access. Crystal Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the entire length of Scenic 98.
