Along with sofa and chair seating on thescreened porch, there are two dining tables and chairs for bay-side meals and a Weber grill (with its owndirect gas line) on the adjoining landing. Inside the home there's a vaulted living/dining/cooking areawhere you'll enjoy comfy sofa and chair seating at the 50-inch smart TV, dining at the 8 person table,extra large island with seating for 4, top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances (the range and themicrowave both have convection option), Keurig and 12-cup coffee makers, blender and toaster. Theseparate laundry room has a Speed Queen washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and huge utilitysink.
