The Space:
This recently renovated home boosts 4 bedrooms and 3 full size baths. The downstairs bedrooms have king size beds while the upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a twin bed in the other. All bedrooms have large closets and ample sunlight. Please refrain from opening bedroom windows.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire property to themselves during their stay. Smart locks are on the front and back doors.
The Neighborhood:
Westview is a historic neighborhood just five minutes southwest of downtown Atlanta. The Westview neighborhood is one of Atlanta’s hidden gems inside the city limits. Complete with a village center (must try uber popular Slutty Vegan!), a strong neighborhood association, original Craftsman bungalows and proximity to the Westside Beltline, Westview is one of the hottest up and coming intown neighborhoods!
Our neighborhood is a mix of old and new. You will see classic 1940s bungalows admixed with new and modern homes. Some of the neighbors have been residents here for decades, while others have recently moved in; we have a mix of elderly folks, professionals, young families, and singles. We find this eclectic neighborhood invigorating, but if an urban environment makes you feel uncomfortable, please check-out another listing that may better suit you.
Getting Around:
Our property is located just outside of downtown Atlanta with close proximity to major highways including 75/85 and 20-W.

This open floor plan home offers a large living room which flows to the chef's kitchen with large island and seating for 4 followed by a dining area with room for 8 guests and a bar with wine fridge.
