Enjoy the outdoor views around the fire pit or from the large back porch! Grill out on the big Green Egg. Ping pong table located in the garage for rainy day activities.
No steps to the dock, boat slip available as well as 1 jet ski port. Boat slip is 22x10 feet. Convenient boat ramp located in the neighborhood.
