Lake Bob Sandlin is very unique in that it is connected to Cypress Springs Lake and Lake Monticello by earth dams and offers fabulous fishing and boating fun! Boat ramp for Lake Bob Sandlin is located 3.7 miles and 7 minutes away. The boat ramp for Cypress Springs is located 2.5 miles and 6 minutes away.

Area has plenty of space for parking boat trailers and trucks. Enjoy the view and sounds of nature but with all of the modern conveniences. You will want to rise-n-shine early in the morning to enjoy your coffee on the deck while enjoying the view of the lake. Note: 2 rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom, 3-4 laundry and dishwasher tabs, and 2 rolls of paper towels will also be provided. Personal toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc.) will need to be brought with you. We have a standard and Keurig coffee pot available for use. We do not supply the coffee or filters. NOTE: You are in the country, on the lake. There will be leaves falling daily on the porch (leaf blower provided).
