Stay at our charming Boswell Bungalow! Nestled on a spacious lot with a large yard and covered porch, it’s the ideal spot for outdoor fun with your pets and family. Just minutes from Downtown Huntsville, Redstone, and the Space Center, this 4-bedroom home is perfect for exploring the area. We’ve included both professional and real-time photos, so you know exactly what to expect. We’d love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter the light and airy living room, complete with a large sofa, two armchairs, and a large SmartTV.
The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen is just off of the living room. Essential cookware and dinnerware are provided.
Off the kitchen is one of the four bedrooms.
This bedroom has two full beds. The laundry room is accessible through this bedroom. The additional three bedrooms are down the hallway, just off the living room. Two of these bedrooms each have a full-size bed, and the last has a queen bed. Finally, this home has two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a standup shower.
**Please note, this is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns, but we recognize that everyone has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if our neighborhood makes you uncomfortable. If you decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our cancellation policy.**
Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it. If you decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Getting Around:
Will need to have a car or plan on taking lyft/Uber.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
