Our 2 bedroom apartment w/ two queen beds, couch & air mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the West Village of Uptown! The secured building has controlled access at every entry. We offer a kitchen stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, snow white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, sleek wood flooring and a Keurig coffee maker. 10-foot ceilings and a balcony to check out West Village. A Smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Washer and dryer available inside the apartment for your convenience. Cool down from the Dallas heat in the pool. Free parking provided in an underground parking garage in which you will need to register your vehicle every 3 days. Nothing is off-limits, we just ask that you respect our home & the quiet hours of the community. Home is not baby proofed, and may not be safe for very small children. Children are allowed at your own risk. We can be available upon request, but most of our guests enjoy letting themselves in and out with our lockbox entry system. Unbeatable location! Directly above highly differentiated retail shops, restaurants and a curated collection of boutiques. This is a shopper's paradise! Walk along the beautiful Katy Trail a few blocks away or check out an event at the American Airlines Center a mile away. Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Please ensure you are booking with your legal name. ** We require a criminal background check from all guests before we can charge you and confirm your reservation. You will be asked to provide your full name and date of birth so we can perform the screen. Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the apartment. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the suite.
