THE LOCATION…

CASSIE’S PARADISE is located at Mile Marker 17 on Lower Sugarloaf Key. You'll be only a 20-minute drive or Uber ride from Key West, and the commute is beautiful: sapphire blue waters on either side of the road. Best of all, you have restaurant and entertainment options within a few minutes of your front door. Take a short car ride or bike ride to Keys' favorite, South of the Seven, for fresh seafood and live music. You’ll also be within a few minutes of local favorites Square Grouper, The Bent Prop, and Baby’s Coffee.

THE PRIVATE POOL & GROUNDS...

This stunning waterfront property offers every desirable outdoor amenity you could ask for. Take your pick of snorkeling on the private beach, kayaking or paddleboarding around the ocean, or fishing from the shore. If you’re looking for relaxation – float around the private pool, lay out in the chaise lounges that surround the pool, or take a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi spa. The large pool gets plenty of sun all day long and can be heated to your liking in the cooler months. The outdoor wet bar, complete with an ice maker and mini fridge, is the cherry on top of this magnificent backyard.

Treat the whole group to a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and outdoor dining table. Spend your evenings gathered around the firepit for a beachside bonfire. The grounds also include ample parking for multiple vehicles and/or an RV. Guests can also use the snorkel gear, kayaks, paddleboards, deep freezer, hammock, and bikes at the house. There’s also a full bathroom located outside near the pool.

Please note: At times, seaweed and ocean debris may accumulate on the beach and beyond. Beach clean-up is performed for every arrival and additional beach clean-up provided upon request.

THE LIVING AREA...

CASSIE’S PARADISE has a spacious, comfortable interior that perfectly complements the sunny, beachy exterior. Incredible ocean views can be appreciated from every window of the living area. The plush sectional leather sofa sits in front of a flat screen TV and is situated perfectly to take in those marvelous views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and tools you’ll need to prepare meals at home. The indoor dining area has seating for 8, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. A convenient powder room is located just off the living room. For anyone in your group that needs to get some work done, there’s a dedicated office with desk and chair tucked away off the living room. Next to the office is the den, which features comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The sofa in the den pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate extra guests.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
