Our townhouse features 3 queen suites each with a private bathroom, a modern kitchen, a workspace, and a bright open plan living with a sunny balcony! We love to watch the sunset from the balcony and take a peaceful stroll through the beautiful neighborhood. Enjoy the neighborhood amenities including with 3 pools, basketball, volleyball & so much more! AND...coming SUMMER 2023, brand new pickle ball courts! Our neighborhood also is a stop for OUT (Oxford University Transit) for free shuttle rides to campus and the Square!

Take a drive (5 min) to “The Square”, the hub of the city and home to a variety of shops and elegant boutiques including the south’s oldest department store. Around the bend, you will find one of the nation’s most renowned independent bookstores and an art gallery featuring a variety of art forms and monthly showings. Oxford has some amazing culinary experiences at restaurants like City Grocery, Bouré, and St. Leo’s to name a few. Rowandale is just a hop, skip, and jump to local favorite like Volta, Big Bad Breakfast, The Beacon, Sleepy Cactus, and Jinsei! Upon booking, you will receive our standard rental agreement for electronic signature and an offer of optional travel insurance to protect your vacation!
Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the property or the balcony, and no parties - we do not rent to locals to prevent parties, if you are a local, contact us first! We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. We are located in a building with neighbors - we are not responsible for noise from other guests, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other common area issues. Guests must adhere to HOA rules and quiet hours.
*Departure instructions – we do ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
*Guests are responsible for all keys and garage door openers – replacement cost is $100/each if they are not turned in upon departure.
