The incredible 7th floor views from the spacious living area and cozy master bedroom are sure to please you, your family and even your friends! The kitchen is well stocked and quite spacious. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers a Keurig coffee maker. You can even enjoy beach views by peering through the main living area as you prepare your favorite meals or make drinks to relax with. The master bedroom is a haven for romance... one can only imagine waking up with their special someone, with the beach as their backdrop... It can't get much better than that! Your kids and friends will also be cozy, as there are two twin beds in one room and a queen in the other. This condo even has an air mattress for extra sleeping arrangements! With three bathrooms, everyone will have the privacy they require. So, if you're bringing more than one family, you will all be comfortable! The sleeping arrangements are adequate for a big, fun, family stay, This owner has truly thought of everything when preparing their home away from home for others to enjoy. While here, be sure to enjoy all of SeaSpray's property that boasts 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, a grilling area by the pier, for your fresh catch, and a well equipped gym that faces the beach. And did I mention that we have a brand new marina with a boat ramp? Also, we offer two Level 2 Blink Electric Car chargers located at the Riverside parking lot, 2 spaces near the maintenance shop.

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day. Guests are not allowed to park in the Owners Garage.
