Bedroom 2: Queen bed in the second bedroom, with dresser.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two full size beds and a closet with hangers and shelves.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom has two twin size beds, a closet with hangers and shelves and a dresser.
Family room has a large, comfortable living room set .
There is also another living area with comfortable sectional couch and Smart TV (fire stick requires you to log in into your amazon account to access streaming apps), so kids can have their own space to watch their shows too!
In the updated kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with bar high chairs. Dining table for 8.
The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

The best part of this home is the beautiful outdoor space. The Pool and outdoor furniture is perfect to BBQ grill, plenty of seating, and lounge chairs.
There is central air conditioning, note: the A/C is set at between 68-78.
Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.
Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the living room and no recording takes place.
We recommend that you have car or use Uber.
Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
