During the warmer months pick from our backyard garden, collect fresh eggs for breakfast, or enjoy the privacy of grilling on your back porch overlooking our property. Stay in your own private and quaint detached apartment that is located about 6 miles from I-65 and about 2.5 miles from Smith Lake Park. There is plenty of space for boaters to park their boat or turn around if needed.
This garage apartment offers 800 square feet of privacy. With a private entrance and key pad access. Our house is adjacent to this apartment and about 25 yards away on the property. Upstairs offers a full master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom and closet. The kitchen, dining and living room are combined, but offer a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, couch, TV, and board games. Off of the living room is a small bedroom that holds a twin size daybed. You can exit the living room onto the private back deck which offers a propane grill and patio furniture to enjoy our property views. Downstairs is a full size laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. We have boat parking available as well for fisherman if needed.
Guest will have access to the garage apartment with key pad entry, full access to both upstair and downstairs of the apartment, deck with propane grill, fire pit, backyard and garden.
