Our 6 person hot tub is located on the lower deck and is the perfect place to unwind after your mountain adventures.* It is professionally maintained weekly and/or in between guests which ensures it is always clean and ready for use. Mountain Time is the perfect getaway home in all seasons...whether you are looking to escape the summer heat at home, enjoy the peaceful weeks of springtime, or experience the breathtaking fall leaves, you've come to the right place! In winter months, curl up in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace in the living room and watch the snow fall outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, and a gas grill is also located on the covered porch. All of our beds have memory foam mattresses and include ultrasoft linens for a luxurious night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of AC and central heat, wifi, washer/dryer, televisions in the living room and 2 bedrooms, and a hair dryer in both bathrooms. There is a dedicated workspace upstairs that includes a desk and comfortable chair for remote workers or guests can utilize the space as a vanity with a backlit makeup mirror. The house is family friendly with board games for all ages, jigsaw puzzles, cornhole, Giant Connect 4 and Jenga, books, and kids' toys. We also have a travel crib and baby gate for our youngest guests. Conveniently located between Blowing Rock and Boone, you can enjoy everything from top notch restaurants, hiking, Westglow Spa, shopping, Tweetsie Railroad, gem mining, and App State football all within a 10-15 minute drive! The house is also walking distance to Appalachian Ski Mountain for ice skating and skiing all winter!
