Fun, fun, fun on the lake. This is a great property that was finished in 2014. One bedroom/one bath is great for a single person, couple or small family. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a spectacular view of the lake. There is boat parking and swimming off the pier in front of the Lemonade. The deck facing the lake is a perfect place for morning coffee or evening grilling. Cable, Internet and DVDs player are it the guesthouse..
The master has a king size bed and a large walk in closet. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bath has nice shower and plenty of room.
The guesthouse is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, cookware, linens, towels and paper products. There is a charcoal grill on deck. Plenty of parking for 2 boats attached to trucks on concrete drive 23feet wide 56 feet long.. There’s a outside plug for charging . The property has its own pier for swimming, fishing and docking boats. Fire pit….bring wood.
Lake Winds Golf Course is very near also not far from Lakeside Marina. Lake Winds is a public golf course. Access to 280 is about a mile away, very convenient location. You will be between Alexander City and Dadeville about 9 miles to either city. Auburn is a 30 minute drive.
