Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.

Navco is a pretty classic residential Mobile neighborhood. Close to Downtown, closer to the airport and the coast, and surrounded by shopping and dining, the neighborhood is one of the more convenient spots in greater Mobile. There are tons of parks in the area, along with waterways popular with boaters and fishing enthusiasts, and all the entertainment and nightlife of downtown Mobile is just a short drive away. To top it all off, the proximity of interstates 10 and 65 makes getting around the city a breeze. “It’s just a super convenient place to live,” says local Realtor Cindy Lawson, who has worked in the area for five years. “There isn’t much more to say about it. ☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.
