Be our guest! Here you will find an open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, and more! Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Mature trees surround the backside of the property, giving it an off-the-beaten-path feel, but located just minutes from dining options and conveniently located to the interstate! Family and friends are welcome. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will park on the driveway and enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find a living space with vaulted ceilings, an open-concept kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a fully fenced backyard.
The living room has a comfy couch and a SmartTV.
Off the living room are the open-concept living room and dining space.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The additional two bedrooms also have queen beds. The last full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is easily accessible to all guests in the hall.
The backyard is fully fenced.
***Please note: we have an electric vehicle charger. The EV charger, a Tesla J1772 Wall Connector, is compatible with most electric vehicles. Tesla vehicles will require an additional SAE J1772 Charging Adapter to charge, which is included with all Tesla vehicles upon delivery.***

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in a residential area. Our home backs up to a wooded area making the space feel private.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
