The southern corner location offers a bright atmosphere and 4 breezy balconies, so much light in this condo! Even with the location on the east side of the building, the unique design of La Vistana provides this 7th floor unit with ocean views from 2 balconies, the living room, and the master bedroom. Standing inside the condo, you see bay or ocean from nearly every window, a breathtaking island atmosphere.

Rare find for beach condos, our building is pet friendly with a nice grassy area up front to walk your dog. The building allows 2 dogs up to 25lbs each, we are dog people too! The building's rule is strict and enforced, no dogs over 25lbs.
Huge granite kitchen and bar, with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all cooking and dining housewares. Living room has oversized windows with view of the beach, ocean, and pier, 55” flatscreen and surround sound. Enjoy dinner from the oversized balcony off the living room, with a view of the ocean, inter-coastal water views, gulf breeze and sounds of the waves. Master bedroom has king sized bed, custom closet, and private balcony on side of building with ocean view - the angle is such that your view from the bed includes the vast Gulf of Mexico. Luxurious master bathroom with double sinks, and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed, and direct guest bath access. 3rd bedroom is currently arranged as a relaxing den or sitting area with its own private large balcony with view of intercoastal waters. The sofa in this room converts into a queen sized pullout bed, and we have a memory foam topper available for extra comfort.
Everything you need will be provided, including fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, all linens including beach towels, spare sheets, cable, wifi, desktop computer and printer. Our unit includes a poolside cabana, stocked with beach chair and floats for your enjoyment.
La Vistana is a gated property with exquisite private residences on the beach side of Gulf Blvd, perpetually clean with quiet visitors and residents, a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, an outdoor kitchen with 2 gas grills, and a gym. Parking for 2 vehicles is included, with plenty of spare parking for even more.
In Redington Shores, situated between Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach, you’ll find a mix of residential homes and condominiums - much quieter than the touristy Clearwater Beach, but with plenty of charm and restaurants and shops. La Vistana is walking distance to 6 restaurants, seafood market, and a convenience store. 35 min from Tampa airport. 5 minutes south is John’s Pass and Boardwalk with more restaurants, shops, fishing charters, jetski rentals.
