Summary: I booked a King Suite and was given a Double Queen room instead. I went back down to the desk to let them know that this isn’t the room that I booked and I was told that since I booked through a third party I was only “guaranteed a room”. I spoke with two agents from Hotels.com and was told there was nothing that they could do on their end. It was frustrating paying for something that I didn’t receive. The lady at the desk didn’t even tell me that the room I booked was unavailable when she took payment.
