- This 2-story home requires using an exterior staircase to enter. While there are bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level, interior steps are required throughout the property
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the back walkway, facing outward toward the main entrance and parking. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay
- Starting March 29th, the river will be dammed up. Water levels will be impacted and full levels cannot be guaranteed during the construction
- Paddleboard/canoe access is available for guest use via the dock. Guests are recommended to bring their own vessels
