Welcome to Flamingo Way, your vibrant waterfront retreat in Jamaica Beach! This unique 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a dream for water enthusiasts, offering a private boat slip, a fish cleaning station, and direct access to Galveston Bay.
The home`s eclectic and stylish interior features an open-concept living space and a modern, fully-stocked kitchen with a large island, perfect for entertaining. The layout is spread across two levels with separate entrances. The upstairs suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the downstairs has a private entrance leading to a bonus bedroom, a second bathroom, and the laundry room.
What to Expect? Start your day with coffee on the large deck while watching the kids fish from the dock, or unwind with some waterside yoga. Once you are ready to start your day, you can enjoy kayaking, biking around the neighborhood, or taking a short ride to the nearby beach. There’s even a community pool and park just a short distance away. Flamingo Way’s prime location offers direct access to Galveston Bay and the State Park, making it a dream getaway for those who love the water. Whether you’re grilling by the water, fishing off the private dock, or simply relaxing in the hammock, Flamingo Way is your ultimate coastal retreat.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, other than a locked cleaning supply closet.
This property has a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite upstairs. The downstairs has a separate entrance and includes 1 bathroom, and a laundry room. Both levels use the same access code. There`s a bonus bedroom downstair, feel free to use it!
Please note that there are no stairs connecting the two levels, so you`ll need to enter and exit the downstairs through its own exterior door.
Maximum of 2 dogs allowed and the Pet Fee is $100.00 (non-aggressive breeds only please).
Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests, we have a strict no smoking policy indoors. Please note that smoking indoors will incur a large fee for smoke removal.
Registration Details STR24-00059
1) Nuisance Violation: Jamaica Beach has very strict nuisance policy. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of nighttime noise. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other residents by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any violation will result in a $500 fine to the guest.
2) Damage and Missing Items: While we trust our guests to treat our home with care, accidents can happen. Any damage or missing items discovered during or after your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. Please inform us immediately if you notice any damages or items that require attention. Guests will be invoiced for anything missing or damaged upon checkout.
3) Dedicated Parking: Do not park anywhere else except for our own driveway.
4) Guests must fill out an application for boat parking - ask host once booking is confirmed.
5) There is one bed and bathroom downstairs along with laundry room and storage room.
6) Trash must always be bagged and placed inside bin in or else we get a fine.
6) Cannot occupy more than 6 guests or you will get a violation from city and a $500 fine.
7) Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $500 fine.
8) Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest. We have a patio with chairs and a large backyard should you wish to smoke outside.
9) Additional Cleaning Fees: For messes left upon checkout that are egregious and beyond the scope of a `regular` cleaning, guests will be charged an additional fee of $60 per hour of cleaning to compensate the cleaning company. Any charges in connection with damage of property, whether by natural person, automotive, pet or otherwise, will be assessed in addition to any cleaning fee and/or pet fee.
10) Violation of the house rule may result in cancellation without refund + $500 penalty.
