Quiet and safe community with friendly and welcoming neighbors. The Home is Approximately 2700 sq feet. My husband, son and l live in an adjacent area of the home. with doorway divider for guest privacy. Home has split floor plan. Private ensuite is on opposite end of the home. We are friendly, great communicators- however respectful of guest privacy
Guest will have access to Large pantry available to store food items, Washer, dryer, iron and steamer, private dining/kitchette. Outdoor patio table/umbrella, Fire Pit, Barbecue Grill and Hammock are available.

The home has a Generac-(Whole House Generator)- For back-up power to entire home in case of outages during inclement weather.
