Upon entering the townhouse, you will find a comfortable living room with oversized deep sectional sofa with a 75in smart TV. You'll immediately feel like you can kick your feet up and relax. And I hope you do exactly that! It's perfect for guests to gather in the living space to watch a football game and chat. The well equipped kitchen is open to the dining room with seating for 6 and living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching football.

Washer/dryer is in 1/2 bath on main floor
It comes complete with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen! * There could be some street noise, as the
street runs directly behind the townhouse. The interior is well insulated against noise, but you will definitely hear it on the back porch.
