If you love golf and white sand beaches then we have the ideal place for you! Newly constructed 4-Bedroom, 4 Bath Villa setup for your pleasure! Located on the 6th fairway of the Arnold Palmer Lost Key Golf Course within minutes of the beautiful white sands and blue water of the Gulf of America! Perdido Key is a great destination for families and friends to vacation. Plenty of things to do locally, and centrally located to other great destinations on the Gulf! The home has a 2-car garage, Beautiful spacious open kitchen, living and dining area. Home is ready to host your family and friends to a great vacation!! 1 king bed and 3 queens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Amenities of the lost key community are pretty awesome! We have purchased the Lost Key golf membership package for your pleasure! For only a one time $35. transfer fee, the golf membership can be transferred into your name for your stay at our home. Then all you pay is a cart fee to play. Golf membership is a "family" membership, therefore the membership can be transferred to you and 1 other person. Other guests and children under 18 play with full membership benefits at a discounted rate. The golf course has great facilities and is also a great place to eat! If boating is your thing, then there is a Marina very close by to store your boat or for fishing charters. Enjoy the Pool and Fitness facility located just down the street from the house. Also enjoy our private beach club that gives lost key renters and residences private beach access just minutes away from the house. We also have a free shuttle that will take you to the Lost Key Beach Club! Plenty of things to keep you busy or if you just want to kick back and relax in a quiet, safe community this is your paradise!

Summary: This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Rob’s place and we’ve stayed in Lost Keys multiple times! We’ve been vacationing in the Orange Beach area every summer since 2016 so we’ve had our fair share of experience with multiple rentals. Here’s our honest review: Cleanliness- super clean upon check in. Would have appreciated a dish rag/hand towel in the kitchen. The provided sponge is great for cleaning dishes but it would be nice to have something separate for wiping down counters/stove top etc.. Furniture- beds are all great. Table accommodates large family and was wonderful for game nights. But the couch in the living room- it is less than ideal. Truly hoping it gets replaced very soon! Communication- Super solid! 10/10! Check in and out is very simple. Bang for Buck- we specifically chose Rob’s place because their home includes two rounds of golf at Lost Keys every day. (Yes several rentals say they offer a “package” of activities but honestly, that’s bogus!) This is a legit membership at the course and since my husband and son played 9-18 holes every day we were there, Rob’s place is an unbeatable bargain! Now…if you aren’t a golfer, and don’t plan on using that perk, then honestly, there are other rentals that a nicer and offer more amenities (bikes, games, more beach toys, beach towels etc…). There were things my other kids would have appreciated (bikes and a room w/ twin beds) that got sacrificed for the golf membership. Overall- Solid 8/10
