Lincoln Harbor, situated on the main channel of the lake, is a quiet community surrounded by rolling hills and a breathtaking view of Logan Martin Lake. There is a pool with card access only to owners and guests and located next to a small playground. There is a walking and nature trail along the shore line of the lake. A beach area with picnic tables is ready for your group or family for relaxing or entertaining the kids. There are plenty of boat slips available along with 4 jet ski docks on a on-site boat launch. Logan Martin Lake is known for some of the best fishing in the nation.
Our condo has 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom has an adjoining master bath with a shower and garden tub. This bedroom also has doors that lead out to a cozy balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the hall bath and each have a king size bed. There is a wide screen TV in each bedroom as well as the den. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need for your stay. The counter tops are granite and the appliances are stainless steel. The spacious balcony has room for a table for 6 and a seating area with a couch and 2 separate chairs. A perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises.
Logan Martin Lake is located close to Birmingham and just a few miles from the Talladega Speedway and Pell City where you will find a Publix as well as many restaurants and shopping centers. Alpine Bay Golf Resort is just a 10 minute drive. THERE IS A MINUMUM 30 DAY RENTAL PERIOD AS REQUIRED BY THE HOA.
