The Space:
Our home is located in a very quiet, older, residential area in Huntsville. Please respect our neighbors and our house rules of quiet hours and no parties.
Our home has a driveway large enough to accommodate four vehicles in the driveway and two on the street. There is a small covered carport. The front door has a small flight of stairs leading up to the front entrance, which opens into the living room. The living room has a pullout couch, two chairs, a decorative fireplace, and Roku equipped TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, the third bedroom has a queen, and the fourth also boasts a queen size bed, making this perfect for multiple families or couples traveling together. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked will all of the necessary cooking essentials to make a meal at home. We also provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and linens.
Guest Access:
4 cars can fit in driveway with additional parking for 2 more on the street. Please do not park any cars on the lawn or the grass.
The Neighborhood:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in. We are a quick phone call away if you should ever need anything during your stay! Our home is located in a very quiet, older, residential area in Huntsville. Please respect our neighbors and our house rules of quiet hours and no parties.
Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so we recommend driving, but there are several restaurants that are walkable from the home (less than a mile). Uber and Lyft are readily available in the are as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
