The kitchen has granite tops, stainless appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for 4+ cars. There is a small side yard and screen room. High speed internet and Xfinity cable with 42 inch flat screen TV. Short walk to Deerfield beach and one block to tons of restaurants and bars.
