Summary: There was trouble at check-in. The clerk seemed swamped with people. He did his best. Later we asked for a cup of milk to take our meds with-which we do wherever we stay-and while the clerk did get us the cup of milk, he stated repeatedly ( at least 4 times ) that Hampton does not do this for guests! (Hampton has done it for us in multiple locations.) The breakfast bar was ok-think we got spoiled when we stayed at the Evergreen location the week before! It was fantastic there!!!!!! Thank you for keeping nice, quiet, attractive rooms.
