You have full use of a propane grill, 8 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, 10x10 instant canopy, beach cooler and beach towels. The home also has a full-sized washer and dryer, both located in the garage that you can use throughout your stay. Don't forget all the pool toys that you could ask for! Ever tried spike ball? Well we have that for you here and most recently we've also added four pickle ball paddles and balls - please reach out if you want to know the closet courts!

*UPDATE* Floors were recently done so won't match the pictures and we've added comfy couches to the patio area to enhance the relaxation!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and it is self check in anytime after 4pm. You have full access to the entire house with the exception of an owner's closet. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Other things to note
We make every attempt to keep our home spotless! A professional cleaning crew with years of experience cleans the home after every guest. While we strive for perfection but are all human. There may be times when something is missed or overlooked. If that occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work to have the cleaners revisit to correct the oversite. This would also include light bulbs that burn out.

The pool is not screen enclosed and therefore leaves and debris will fall into the pool and onto the pool deck from day to day. We have weekly pool and lawn service to help keep the pool sparkling and the grounds looking pristine. The pool tech cleans the debris and ensures the chemistry is correct...however, we have no way to prevent debris from falling into the pool in-between cleanings and during your stay. There is a dip net on site if you wish to skim any leaves from the top.

Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. If that happens, please notify us right away and we will have the pest control company that we contract with visit. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects.

We often update and improve our home. During your stay you may notice new/different bedding, rugs, throw pillows, décor, and possibly furniture that differ from the photos you booked with.
