Dock Holiday is a spacious farmhouse design with direct access to the beach and lake, including a dedicated boat slip for guests. With accommodations for up to 18, it is one of the largest-capacity homes at Chesnut Bay. An enormous great room and open kitchen – the latter featuring stainless steel appliances, modern cabinets and 9-foot serving island and bar seating for 4 – enjoy fabulous direct views of the lake. A farmhouse-style dining table seats 8 Downstairs boasts another extra-large great room, and a large, covered deck seats 8 offers sublime views of the lake at sunrise and sunset. The home was designed views in mind, as four of the six bedrooms overlook the lake. The bedrooms include a second-floor master with a King bed, another bedroom with two full beds, two main-level Queen rooms, two basement Queens, basement Queen sleeper sofa and two Murphy beds. The basement-level exit opens onto a large lawn and access to the lake.

Getting Around:
No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local restuarants.
Other Things to Note:
Three nights minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four nights minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three nights minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $330 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
