The Space:
Brand new modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, 2 large full rooftop patio with amazing views of Downtown Nashville. We are a short $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. We are only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
