A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed. 25+ to rent.
To avoid excessive use of the utilities owner agrees to pay $300/month toward the electric bill and $300/month towards the gas bill. Any amount in excess will be the responsibility of the guest on record and will be charged to the credit card on file with Belloise Realty.
