Located in a quiet wooded residential neighborhood just off the main road between Keaton Beach and Perry, this two-bedroom, one bathroom, KEATON BEACH LODGE, convenient to boat ramps, and quiet secluded beaches. Recently renovated, detached mobile home, sits on one acre, approximately 4 miles from Keaton Beach boat-ramp-launch, and ample parking. Just about only one mile from Adams Beach suitable for jet boats and shallow draft vessels. Ample off-street parking and maneuverability for your vehicle and boat trailer. The host lives separately onsite. Your private accommodation is traffic-noise free for restful nights.
UDATED with a new roof, floor and sub-floor, furnishings and most appliances. You will find the fully equipped kitchen and fridge stocked with fresh breakfast foods. There was no hurricane damage, by the way, but we did lose a few trees!
BEDROOMS: (1) The WEST bedroom has one double-size bed, chest of drawers and a chest for extra blankets, plus an electric blanket. A/C & window heater. (2) The EAST bedroom has two single-size beds and a temporary portable wardrobe. New window A/C.
BATHROOM: Hot water, shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. New towels, soaps and shampoos.
KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes an original stove, new microwave, new air-fryer come toaster oven, new refrigerator and new filtered water dispenser. No dishwasher. Hot water, washer and dryer, supplied by the onsite well-water. Not recommended for white clothes unless you add Iron Out powder as supplied. See directions for using the washing machine.
LIVING AREA: New “Mini-Split” heating and air-conditioning. New supplemental window A/C. 42-inch Smart television for your YouTube (etc.) entertainment with an extra sound bar, a multi-disc DVD player, and high-speed WIFI Internet service. 2 fully-reclining chairs, 3 swiveling bar stools at the kitchen counter, a 3-seat sofa, 4-seater round-dining-table, and a coffee table.
OUTSIDE: Garden furniture consists of 2-arm chairs, one-2-seater, coffee table and adjustable umbrella. An outdoor hot and cold shower. Plenty of outdoor space for picnicking. Several outdoor motion detector lights, and exterior security cameras. Ample maneuverability, room for your towing vehicle and boat trailer; backing-up optional! Garden hose (green) for rinsing your boat.
COOLING: Through ventilation via the open front and back screened-doors and an overhead ceiling fan in the living area. (All the windows are locked.)
EATS, GAS & MORE: (1) Within a 4-minute slow-walk, THE BIRD RACK BAR & GRILL, this very local bar serves hamburgers and pizza. (2) Less than a mile away, WALTER B’S MARATHON a gas station, convenience store and snack bar. (2a) DOLLAR GENERAL just opened! (3) Only 3 miles to an outdoor, rustic bar and grill, NOWHERE GRILL (4) Keaton Beach, four miles, a convenience store and gas station, BEACH BUMS.
