🐶Pet Policy: All pets are required to pass our screening process prior to approval and before check-in instructions are released. Dogs must be 75lbs or under. Select dog breeds allowed. Our pet fee is collected through our Guest Portal before check-in and is based on the length of your stay:
1–5 nights: $25 per night
6–29 nights: Flat fee of $200
30+ nights: Flat monthly fee of $300

Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 smoking remediation fee and may result in termination of the reservation without a refund.

The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
