This cozy 1,400 sq ft. lakefront 3/2 cottage has been fully renovated. Enjoy the beautiful air conditioned sun room with stunning views while you sip your morning gourmet coffee provided by owners. By day entertain your family and friends on the large dock with swimming, kayaking, or using the SUP (owner provided kayaks and SUP). The spacious deck provides a great spot to cook meals on the gas grill and wind down in front of the custom made fire pit while cooking s'mores and making memories.
Conveniently located on the south side of lake with easy access to Anchor Bay Marina, Kowaliga Marina, and The Ridge Marina. On the the lake you can travel by boat for food and entertainment to The Landing at Parker Creek, Chuckwalla's Pizza, Kowaliga Restaurant, The Social, and Peanut Point. Catherine's Market, Spring House Restaurant, Fannie's Goldmine Restaurant, and Dollar General are 5-10 minutes by car. Walmart in Tallassee is 15 minutes away and Winn Dixie and Chick-Fil-A in Alexander City are 25 minutes away.
Just a short 45 min commute by car to the Auburn and Montgomery areas.
