Beautifully decorated lake house on year round water with a big kitchen, lots of windows for gorgeous views of the lake and just steps to the two story dock for sun bathing and covered boat slip. The dock has 4 lounge chaises and a table with four chairs to eat lunch or enjoy a snack. The top of the dock is perfect to catch a sunset or star gaze at night.
The house has so many places to entertain or just relax. Find a cozy area such as the bed swing or outdoor seating to relax and unwind. The full size bed swing inside the screened porch is perfect for naps or reading a book and always a favorite by guests . The wood deck located next to the screened in porch has an outdoor table for 8 to eat and also outdoor furniture to hang out while grilling on the gas grill. Kids and adults will love to roast marshmallows in the solo smokeless fire pit with Adirondack chairs for 8 guests. There is even a portable projector to stream a movie on the outside wall while sitting around the fire.
Inside the house there is a big fully stocked kitchen to spread out and entertain with a table for 8 , 3 bar stools and table with 4 chairs in the living room/sunroom. There is plenty of board games, cards for adults and kids, a karaoke machine, and several classic dvd movies . Bedrooms and sunroom/living room have smart tvs for streaming with Wi-Fi provided.
The living room/sunroom has wall to wall windows for great views of the lake. The Living room also has two twin beds and queen sleeper sofa with two glass doors that close the room off to the other part of the house. That way guests can still sleep in and early birds can get up and cook breakfast in the kitchen without waking others.
We know you will love your time at the house but If you prefer to venture out, Wedowee is a quaint southern town with a winery/brewery, local furniture and gift shops as well as restaurants with live music. The house is just a couple miles to the grocery store, liquor store, shopping, and all the local restaurants and marina.
