Access from stairs on second level balcony, this oversized 1700 sq ft rooftop balcony provides incredible hill country views. Equipped with a large gazebo, furniture set, fire pit, and hammock, it is the perfect occasion for any occasion.

1. SMOKING RULES (OUTDOORS ONLY):
Smoking indoors of any kind, including vaping or similar, is STRICTLY prohibited. If indications of smoking indoors is found, there will be a $500 fee for air cleaning treatment, plus an additional $500 fine. When smoking outdoors, guests must dispose of all cigarette (or similar) butts into the ash tray.
2. NOISE LEVEL
Please keep noise at a reasonable level especially when outside the home. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am
3. NO HOUSE PARTIES- This is not a party house, small events/gatherings are allowed
4. PET POLICY:
Separate pet policy must be agreed on.
Flat $100 pet fee for stay.
Aggressive breeds and dogs under 1 year not permitted
Dog waste must be picked up by guest
Dogs must be crated if guest is leaving the property
Dogs must be on leash at all times
Dogs not allowed on furniture
Extra fee will apply for accidental damages
5. OUTDOOR FURNITURE:
Jacuzzi should be covered and hooked when not in use
Please wash off before using hot tub. If hot tub is left in a condition that needs the water drained, cleaned, and refilled, a separate 100$ hot tub cleaning fee will apply.
Due to high wind in balcony spaces, place furniture back after use. If you open the cantilever umbrella, please close it.
Do not litter in any outdoor spaces, if so, extra cleaning fee will apply
