This unique loft boasts high ceilings, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a custom kitchen, laundry, and pantry, as well as a wood burning fireplace, piano, and sunroom. Gated parking is also included in your rental. This loft is centrally located in Castleberry Hill, one of Atlanta’s most historic neighborhoods. Castleberry Hill is Atlanta’s warehouse district and offers numerous art galleries, bars and eateries. A delicious Mexican restaurant is located just down the block, and one of Atlanta’s best dive bars and sandwich shops is a short walk away. You can walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the State Farm Arena, and Centennial Olympic Park in less than ten minutes. This is our primary home, and you will probably see some of our personal items like books and instruments (piano, guitars, viola) located around the house. You are more than welcome to peruse our little library, play our instruments if you’re so inclined, or use any of our other belongings that are left out in the common areas! Please make yourself at home and treat our home the way you would treat your own. We’ll place any of our private possessions we’d rather you not use in our office and the door will be locked during your stay. We have a TV with a Roku (Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube TV will be available for you) and a really comfortable couch if you feel like vegging out. If you enjoy cooking, feel free to cook up a storm in our small but mighty kitchen. You’ll have access to all of our kitchen equipment, including our refrigerator, an induction range, Breville espresso machine, Keurig, microwave, instant pot, Ninja blender, and pretty much any other small appliance you can think of. Basic breakfast supplies like tea, coffee, cereal, and milk will be provided. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a looker with 16 foot ceilings and an ensuite bathroom. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub if you want to unwind with a bath after a long day of exploring. We recently installed a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water -hallelujah! You’re welcome to use the armoire and chest of drawers. Please note that our master bedroom overlooks one of the main roads in Castleberry Hill and is across an alley from a restaurant and bar. The guest bedroom may not be as showy, but is quieter and darker as it is located on the other side of the condo and overlooks the interior hallway of the building (but don’t worry- the windows are obscured). The guest bedroom also contains a closet, ceiling fan, elliptical and a TV that are available for you to use. The guest bathroom is ensuite and has a roomy, walk-in shower. The third bed is a high-quality air mattress that can be placed in one of the common spaces or the master bedroom. If you decide to brave the tight spiral staircase to the third floor, you’ll find our sunroom with expansive views over downtown Atlanta and the stadium. You’re welcome to use the sunroom, but please know that the staircase is tight and twisty. Please do not walk on the rooftop as our deck hasn’t been installed yet and there is no fencing. Like any home, this one is a work in progress. In particular, we will be repainting in March so please excuse the bare walls! Also, our building does not contain any elevators. Access is provided on the ground floor, but the only way to reach the second and third floor of our loft is by taking the stairs. As for building security, you need a code to access the parking lot from the street, and then another code to enter the building. Either we or a friend of ours will meet you personally upon your arrival and show you how everything works. We look forward to meeting you!!
