Kids room with 2 full over twin bunks. All 3 bedrooms have attached full bathrooms and showers. Wi-Fi and direct TV. Great deck with sun loungers, table, umbrella. Large grill on patio. Bikes for guest use. Ceiling fans throughout. Large yard, outdoor chimney heater for cooler evenings. Porch swing under the house. Under house parking. All hardwood, tile floors. Fishing gear available for guest use. Great seafood restaurant one block away. Wall mounted TV in living area. As mentioned Wi-Fi and Direct TV. Maintenance and cleaning assistance if needed.

The kitchen was completely re done in Jan 2022. New granite countertops and new cabinets.
