The location is conveniently located in a perfect location in the center of everything-521 West Beach Blvd. You will enjoy all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the living room and master bedroom, and a second private balcony overlooking the lagoon that is shared by the other two bedrooms. The large balcony overlooking the gulf is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. Also enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and is furnished with a king bed and huge bathroom with walk in shower and whirlpool tub, as well as walk in closet. The Master bedroom balcony is direct gulf front view, perfect for the evening sunsets or morning coffee overlooking the beach. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, large private bathroom and balcony overlooking the lagoon and partial ocean views.. The third bedrom has a queen bed also connected to the back balcony, and a detached full bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms are have Televisions are supplied with linens and towels. Please note that because of Hurricane Sally there is construction going in and around our building but our condo was not affected and therefore is fully rentable.
