-As a reminder, smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside of the property, please utilize back yard for smoking and place all trash inside designated trash cans outside! Smoking inside & use of marijuana will result in a $500 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS doing so can & will cause for eviction of premises (entry camera monitored. Please DO NOT tamper with device. ) There is an 10 person max allowed on the property any additional guest must be cleared prior to arrival by host! Only guest accounted for on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Additional guest will result in additional fees.
